• Trucking transportation (domestic)

• Last-mile delivery

• Shipment inspection upon pickup

We do not offer warehousing, inventory storage, or order fulfillment services.

4. Service Availability

Our services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, volume, and operational capacity. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

All charges are payable in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. Payments must be made in full by the due date on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges and service suspension.

6. Liability and Insurance

Courexpress takes all reasonable steps to ensure goods are transported safely and securely. However, we are not liable for:

• Damage or loss caused by improper packaging by the sender

• Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures)

• Indirect, consequential, or business losses

Clients are encouraged to insure their goods independently if additional coverage is required.

7. Cancellations and Amendments

You may cancel or modify a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring shipments are ready for pickup at the agreed time

• Proper packaging and labeling

• Providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information

Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or additional charges.

9. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. All customer data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required for operational purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be handled in UK courts.
